Gathering with James Chiang in Sandakan, 21.03.09
A short gathering with James in Sandakan. Unfortunately, only 2 turned up that are Chong Ken Foh and Sin Ka Hiew.
I could not recognise you in the photo... this is not surprising as we last met with we were in Form 1 St Mary's Secondary School, Labuk Road.
I believed you left for Australia when you were in Form 1?
So,this is just to say Hello to James.
When I was last in Sandakan, I had dinner with Lawrence Chong on 29 March and he mentioned about your trip and an article posted by Kwan Kar Choi (but could not find it on the blog)
James, Sorry I should not mention that you used to wear glasses as you still wear them now. How silly was I - it's to do with old age I guess because I did not look carefully previously at the photo. Regards, Hubert
