Hello

Hello all my fellow classmates.

Greetings from Sandakan. Seems that we have been very quiet lately.
Is the Re-union still on. Met up with Ronnie Chung when he was back in Sandakan and he proposed to have it some time in late July or early August 2010. Noverber will not be aporopiate as normally School will be closed for the last term holidays. What say all of you.

Robert Foo is now in Sandakan and will be here until early August 09 and we too have discussed on the issue and he confirmed that he will be back for the occassion. We are really running out of time and someting really needed to be done if we are serious about it. Lawrence Chong is trying and working very hard but not me.

Nothing was in the blog for the past few weeks.

Regards,

St. Mary's Old Boys - 1970 said...

Dear Ka Hiew,
Thanks for breaking the silence. My excuse is "too busy" and also I have not got round to creating our St Mary's Old Boys' Contact group in my new email account. My previous one has been hacked - remember you received an advert re sale of elect goods? It was not sent by me but some hacker. What infuriated me was that the hacking wiped out all my contact e addresses.

As for the re-union, the problem as I see it is that there is no consensus on the year and month. What I will do is to write individually to those overseas and see what the majority prefers but before that I need a consensus from the organising committee re the month and year. I understand April/May is the best month weather-wise. The year has to be either 2010 or 2011.

I would also like to include you Ka Hiew as one of the organising committee members.

Regards,
Hubert
